HERO GRID

Featured film: the first content tile (lowest Order number) automatically renders as a large 2×2 cinema tile — the hero moment. Use the Order field to pick which reel leads. Remaining tiles flow around it. Video type is the premium path: your own reel file (download from your Instagram, upload to Supabase Storage), plays in-place with your play button, sound toggle, and Buy Now — zero Instagram chrome. Instagram embed renders as a cropped cinema tile (their card chrome cropped out; their play button and tap-to-Instagram remain — that's inside their iframe). Static image: your chosen frame, tap opens the product.

Your saves now sync live automatically — you don't need this anymore for normal edits. Preview still works for checking unsaved drafts before saving. Publish is kept as a manual backup push, not required for day-to-day use.

First time? You'll be asked for your publish token once (set in Netlify env vars). It's stored locally after.

💾 BROWSER STORAGE

Everything (products, photos, orders, reviews) lives in this browser's storage — capped around 5MB. Past ~80% you risk failed saves on the next image upload or order.

🚀 OPTIMIZE IMAGES

Your existing product images are 1600px — 4× larger than needed for phone screens (375px). This tool resizes every image to 800px at 75% quality and re-uploads it. Cuts each image from ~300KB to ~50KB. One-time operation, takes 2-3 minutes for 34 products.
