PRODUCT SEQUENCE
This is the order products appear in on the website's "Featured" sort. Use the arrows to reorder — changes save automatically.
FIT STUDIO BULK CONTROL
The "Find my size" button is off by default everywhere. Turn it on for every product in one fit at once, instead of one product at a time.
ADD NEW PRODUCT
Pick what the jean actually looks like in the photo, not what the name says. Leave unset and the product simply won't appear under any colour.
Default pulls from the fit-based table in Admin → Size Guide. Pick a Size Model to reuse a named chart shared across products — edit the model once in Admin → Size Models and every product using it updates. Pick Custom for a one-off just for this product.
Off by default for every product. Turn on individually here, or use "Enable Fit Studio for this Fit" in the Sequence tab to switch on a whole fit at once.
Upload from phone/computer, OR paste image links below (one per line). First image = product card thumbnail.
Tip: this also sets your hero image — whichever product you mark as the featured/bestseller shows large on the homepage.
Upload a size chart image — shown in product modal as a popup. Recommended: table screenshot or measurement diagram.
EDIT SITE CONTENT
3 words, one per line. First and third go white, middle goes muted.
Pick which product the hero showcase links to. Same idea as linking a Story to a product.
Countdown on the homepage ticks down to this. Leave blank to fall back to the default (next Friday 8pm IST).
This overrides the auto-picked product image on the right side of the homepage hero.

LIVE BANNER
This white banner appears at the very top of the site. Use it for flash sales, announcements, limited-time offers.
FITS MANAGER
Add or remove fit options. These appear as filter checkboxes and in the product Add/Edit form.
Changes apply immediately to filters and product forms.
Show a dedicated row on the homepage for any fit — top 4 items, with a "Show More" that filters the full catalog. Unchecked fits stay filter-only, no homepage row.
REVIEWS
Upload buyer screenshots. Each becomes a tap-to-zoom card in the reviews grid. Multiple allowed.
STORY UPDATES
Instagram-style daily updates. These show as tappable circles below the ticker, with a tap-through full-screen viewer that auto-advances.
Auto-compressed for fast load.
HERO GRID
Featured film: the first content tile (lowest Order number) automatically renders as a large 2×2 cinema tile — the hero moment. Use the Order field to pick which reel leads. Remaining tiles flow around it. Video type is the premium path: your own reel file (download from your Instagram, upload to Supabase Storage), plays in-place with your play button, sound toggle, and Buy Now — zero Instagram chrome. Instagram embed renders as a cropped cinema tile (their card chrome cropped out; their play button and tap-to-Instagram remain — that's inside their iframe). Static image: your chosen frame, tap opens the product.
Changing this resizes the tile list below — fill in fewer, bigger tiles if you don't have 9 videos yet.
BEFORE YOU ORDER
Edit the FAQ cards shown near the footer. Each card has a question and answer. Changes save to localStorage and render immediately.
SIZE GUIDE
Every product uses ONE of these, picked on its own Edit screen: the default chart for its fit below, a named model, or a one-off custom guide just for that product.
1 — DEFAULT, BY FIT
The normal chart. Every Wide-Leg product uses this unless you specifically switch it to something else on its own Edit screen.
2 — NAMED MODELS (OPTIONAL)
Only needed if a specific product runs differently from its fit's default above — e.g. a cut that fits smaller than the rest of the Wide-Leg range. Create a model here once, then pick it on that product's Edit screen. Editing it here updates every product using it at once. Most products will never need this section.
PAYMENT SETTINGS
These settings control what payment options customers see at checkout. Changes reflect immediately on the website.
Scales with cart size — a 5-item order asks for 5× the deposit of a 1-item order, same risk protection either way.

ADMIN THEME
Just how the admin panel looks on this device — doesn't affect the website customers see.
Your saves now sync live automatically — you don't need this anymore for normal edits. Preview still works for checking unsaved drafts before saving. Publish is kept as a manual backup push, not required for day-to-day use.
First time? You'll be asked for your publish token once (set in Netlify env vars). It's stored locally after.
Everything (products, photos, orders, reviews) lives in this browser's storage — capped around 5MB. Past ~80% you risk failed saves on the next image upload or order.
Moves every product image and size chart that's still on Supabase Storage over to Cloudflare R2 (zero egress fees, ever). Existing product images already there stay untouched. One-time operation per image — safe to re-run, it only touches what's still on Supabase.
The first tool above only ever covered product images and size charts. This covers what it didn't: Founder's Note / Story gallery photos, review images, story rail images, global size chart, and Hero Grid video/image tiles. This is very likely your actual ongoing egress source — check this first if usage keeps climbing after the product migration.
